Manage Your Domain

If you are currently a Webservio hosting customer and you experience any difficulties in managing your domain, we're here to help. Please send an email to Webservio Customer Care. Include your contact information and domain name within the body of your email along with "Domain Update Request" in the subject line. One of our customer care representatives will contact you to begin the domain management process. Consultation fees may apply.

If you are not a current Webservio hosting customer, you may follow the steps listed below. Please note: If you require assistance from a Webservio representative and are not a current hosting customer, you will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.

1. To begin the domain management process, go to our online utility site at: http://dnsgoodies.com and type your domain name into the WhoIs - Domain/IP Lookup query. Please take note of your Registrar and follow the steps listed below for your applicable Webservio registrar:

Domain Registrar listed as DirectI Internet Solutions	Domain Registrar listed as TuCows or OpenSRS**
Login to your Account: http://services.webservio.net You created your username and password when you originally registered or transferred your domain to Webservio.	Login to your Account: http://srs.webservio.net/projects/ccs/index.php/selectbundle You created your username and password when you originally registered or transferred your domain to Webservio.
To Modify Contact Details, Nameservers, and/or Lock/Unlock Your Domain Click on the "My Account" link on the top right section of the page to manage your existing domains. Scroll over "Domains" in top navigation bar and choose "List Last 10" Click on "Domain Name - Click to Manage" You will see 2 sets of blue tabs. The second set, under "Domain Registration - Order Details," contains all the options for modifying contact details, privacy protection, nameservers, child nameservers, domain secret (aka authorization code), lock/unlock, WhoIs format.
