If you are currently a Webservio hosting customer and you experience any difficulties in renewing your domain, we're here to help. Please send an email to Webservio Customer Care. Include your contact information and domain name within the body of your email along with "Domain Update Request" in the subject line. One of our customer care representatives will contact you to begin the domain renewal process. Consultation fees may apply.

If you are not a current Webservio hosting customer, you may follow the steps listed below. Please note: If you require assistance from a Webservio representative and are not a current hosting customer, you will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.

To begin the domain renewal process, go to our online utility site at: http://dnsgoodies.com and type your domain name into the WhoIs - Domain/IP Lookup query. Please take note of your Registrar and follow the steps listed below for your applicable Webservio registrar:

Login to your Account: http://services.webservio.net You created your username and password when you originally registered or transferred your domain to Webservio. To Renew Your Domain Click on the "My Account" link on the top right section of the page to renew your existing domains. Click on the blue arrows in the "Jump to Renewal Management" box Click on "Domain Name - Click to Manage" A listing of all your domains which are either nearing or have reached expiration will be displayed. Click on the box next to the domain you wish to renew and select "Renew Selected Orders."	To Renew Your Domain Yourself For $15.00 per Year Click on "Renew a Domain" Select the number of years you wish to renew the domain registration and select "Continue" Enter your payment info Click "Review Order" Modify order as needed and submit To Have Webservio Manually Renew Your Domain Login to your billing account at: http://billing.webservio.net. If you do not have an account in our billing system, please create one. Add or update existing credit card information Create a ticket within the billing system with "OpenSRS (TuCows) Manual Domain Renewal Requested" in the subject line Webservio will create an invoice for $35.00, charge the credit card on file for your account, and manually renew the domain. Confirmation emails regarding the credit card charge and the successful domain renewal will be sent to the email address listed for your account within our billing system.
